The Easton Hunger Coalition relinquished its administrative structure in December 31, 2020.
The critically important work of addressing local hunger has been redirected to existing local organizations and committees that share the mission to end hunger and engage in programming around hunger, food insecurity, community resiliency and response. These organizations have built a strong infrastructure in the Lehigh Valley and intend to carry on the EHC work in Easton and across the Valley.
