The Easton Food Recovery Group is a grassroots program recovering food in the Easton area since 2014 and is part of the Lehigh Valley Food Policy Council's Food Recovery & Respect Working Committee. Volunteers transport donated food year round and distribute it to local emergency food centers such as Easton's pantries, free meal centers, programs and shelters. Fresh produce donated from local farmers may be harvested and/or transported by the volunteers.
