A national cooking and nutrition education program, available through Second Harvest Food Bank of the Lehigh Valley, that empowers low-income individuals and families to shop for and prepare healthy meals on a budget. Free classes are held in the Easton area, and being scheduled for 2019. Green Light Food Center
The Green Light Food Center is a free program meeting monthly at the First Moravian Church in Easton, 225 North 10th Street. It is intended to be a resource program on food and cooking, and helps individuals and families improve their skills in food preparation, meal planning and making healthy food choices.
